A nurse, exasperated by Trump and his dangerous statements, asked how dare he make those statements? How dare he mislead so many people, encouraging them to not use safety precautions, to not be afraid of the virus. How dare he? Because the man is not all there in any sense of the meaning of sanity, of humanity, of care and empathy for others. See, a sociopath does not have that quality and can only try to copy it by watching others, but, as usual, Trump fails. The greatest failure as a man, as a father, as a husband, as a President, as an American, as a human being endowed with qualities of goodness and kindness.
This lack of all things bright and beautiful, as the saying goes, is reflected in so many of his followers. Many are still blinded by whatever it is that causes their eyes, ears and minds to deny the truth, but there are others who are as nasty, as combative as their mentor. One of those has resurfaced on my comments section, with his stupid and meant to be cruel words. I will gladly post opposition viewpoints phrased in decent language, no personal insults, but not the words of a man - or woman - caught up in the throes of Trump's inhumanity. So blow hard, but you will get nowhere other than a negative place, just as we in America have been doing these past four years.
Now I read that Pelosi is going to install a commission meant to investigate whether any President, particularly the one we now have, who behaves so erratically, so cruelly, so contrary, so opposed to rationality, is fit to serve. If that is the case, then the 25th Amendment comes into play. Too little too late? Maybe, since he demonstrated his moral turpitude many years ago, and continued on that path, adding fraud, tax evasion, lies, treason, and more to his resume, and evidencing symptoms of both physical and mental incompetence.
Promising seniors free access to his antibody serum, which he cannot do, by the way, he now refutes his own ridiculous ban on fetal tissue research, as this was the source of that serum! A typical not thought through behavior, words that mean nothing, only signifying his further deterioration into that long night.
The editorial in the Daily News! supports the above theories and about time. His crazed irrational series of actions, screaming at his remaining aides that he has not yet sickened, in more ways than one, ordering them to prosecute - more like persecute -his political enemies. Folks, that is dictatorship and tyranny. That is Hitler, Mussolini, Orban, Duterte, Putin - not America. Not at all. That is Caligula and Nero, all the horrid figures throughout history who wrecked their own nations with their insanity, their sick arrogance, their irrationality, their toxicity.
Calling Harris a "monster" is not exactly grown up behavior, is it? Come through with a logical statement or objection but it is time to put away the toys, the behaviorism of schoolyard years, particularly the ones of a bully. When the chief sexual pervert is in the Oval Office, how hypocritical is it for the GOP to go against a man in North Carolina because he cheated. Yes, morally reprehensible, but how many of those shrieking, hypocritical, out for blood GOP people are just as guilty on their own of sexual peccadillos, and guilty tenfold for ignoring the sins of Trump, his ruthless contempt for women.
Aw shucks, just read he was not the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize. How shocking that this man who sent massive numbers of troops into Afghanistan, who does not oppose monetary tributes for killing an American soldier, who was brutal in Yemen and Somalia, who constantly threatens to unleash all forces and might of America against those who displease him, how shocking that he did not win! Uh -huh!
“Tomorrow, by the way, tomorrow, come here tomorrow,”
So says Pelosi when in conversation with reporters. Well. I do not think that we have the leisure time to wait for any more tomorrows. We need to speak up loud and clear, vent our anger, and VOTE!!!! We need to let people know that America has returned to her senses, to her political and moral role in the world. We will show people that we reject cruelty to those in need. that we reject cronyism and privilege for the few. That we reject racism and bias, hatred and disunity. We will be America, Americans, as we exercise our right to VOTE, despite all efforts to stymie and deny that vote to all.
