AND THE TRUTH WILL OUT

After all the shouting and promises of glory and cheap, cheap Wi Fi, the truth will out. Sorry, Don Ho Ho of the two phones and all those toys, you will still need either Comcast or ATT to deliver to your doorstep, figuratively speaking. After that you will then have the fees for the "new" service. Cheap? Cheaper than what you are now paying? Comparable service and bandwidth? Consistent service? Ability to upgrade easily? The answer to all those questions is a resounding NO!!
I now copy in a comment by a poor Boca user with their new system which David Israel and committee boasted about as see, we can do it  here. Read how awful it is, as we have been saying all along. Read why we are worried about the debacle taking place here and as I am sure we will be accused of conspiring with this person - we have no clue as to who he is at all and no, no money changed hands either. That is for the other side, yes? Anyway, here is his comment on the matter.

Just make sure that your contract calls for lots of bandwidth, or data capacity.

Here in Century Village Boca Raton, the paltry bandwidth that the system operator provides is barely sufficient for surfing the Internet and getting email.

It is NOT a consistently reliable delivery system for video streaming with only NETFLIX and YOUTUBE viewers.

As designed at current bandwidth levels, it would not support the huge load that television viewing would impose on the system.

Our system is for the light, casual user that doesn't mind seasonal and time of day performance fluctuations (lunch and dinner time seem to be our peaks).

So if you think that a wi-fi system will eliminate the need for Comcast for TV delivery, then insist on huge data capacity. That will require a higher monthly charge then an Internet/email system.

Folks, here it is straight from a sufferer over at Boca CV. All the promises of pie in the sky cannot change the fact of reality on the ground. This is the same system that David Israel and his vaunted committee, including his renter "expert", Anitra, were pushing last year. This UCO is not to be trusted. They are not out for you and your best interests. I am not quite sure what they will gain from this pushing of their proposal because once it would be installed its inadequacies would be glaringly clear. If this is what David Israel wants as his "legacy" then it is no better and really, even worse than what he has already done to our Village.

OPT OUT NOW. WIRE UP IF YOU WISH. KEEP WHAT YOU NOW HAVE. UPGRADE TO THE NEW SPEED AND BANDWIDTH FROM COMCAST. THE CHOICE IS YOURS - NOT THAT OF DAVID ISRAEL.

Guidance and help can be yours in this process. It has been done and is being done and more and more are opting out or planning to. Do not be one of those who cannot think for themselves, but instead are led by the nose by David Israel and henchmen.
