HOT OFF THE PRESS!!! ANOTHER DAVID ISRAEL SPECIAL!!!!

Yowzah, yowzah!!That guy on Laverne and Shirley had it right. There is no other word that says it all as that. In any case, let's look at the next special deal that David Israel has planned for us. And when you finish reading this, the only question in your mind should be along these lines: is the man that dumb, stunned to non thinking after spending all his hours alone in that back room in UCO, even all day July 4th? Or is it more than that? Are there more nefarious reasons going on? Does anyone have sticky fingers? Does anyone know someone either in CSI or Atlantic Broadband? Just askin' but we do need answers. Just why is David and company pushing so hard for this company, another "great" find that they are trying to foist upon us? Why are we constantly subjected to "deals" such as this - M&M Paving, DSL (the other Wi Fi company that did such a lousy job in Boca CV), the "greatest contract ever" with that lousy security company, the too little too late approach to algae, bad repairs that do not stick - except to stick it to us! and the list can go on ad infinitum ad nauseum. Why are we spending these millions of dollars that we do not have for things that we do not get?
So let us talk a bit about AB or Atlantic Broadband, the company that CSI is pushing, that David Israel is pushing, that his lackeys are pushing and that even has clear thinkers in a daze. But remember one of the first rules of deals is if something is too good to be true - then it is exactly that - not true. AB is promising us pie in the sky but peek a bit under the covers, and to mix metaphors, when they promise you pie in the sky, they already have done taken that pie in the kitchen and left you with an empty tin.
Here is a website you might want to look at.

     http://atlanticbroadband.com//

or try this one -

www.consumeraffairs.com>electronics>internet service providers
Lots of interesting not so rhapsodic information here. Here is just a bit of a tease for you.

Public Service Announcement

ALL ATLANTIC BROADBAND CABLE RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS
Staff Members, Potential Customers, and Cogeco Investors Beware
.

This warning to the public will remain up, until the problem is permanently fixed.

Those Primarily Responsible for the Atlantic Broadband Security Problem

It goes on to mention the serious problems, the confidential information released and is this what we want for us here in the Village? Do we not have enough problems what with scams and identity theft?

Here are a few of the complaints or rather a summary of them: "No video output; worst customer service ever; they are liars and could care less about consumers; they get thousands of complaints and can't possibly call back all those people; ARRIS....showed me that Atlantic Broadband was giving me bad internet; they are hands down the absolute worst cable provider I ever had in my 40+ years."

Now granted, they are supposed to be doing fiber optics but a leopard cannot change spots and a company that is so bad cannot miraculously recreate itself and turn into a provider that we need or deserve or can deal with. Go to the sites, read and then go attack David Israel and lackeys at their next meeting. Do not even wait - walk in and demand to talk to the hermit. Demand answers. Real answers and proof and not promises that vaporize with reality.

Hot of the press - please, not another screw us deal. Time for someone to recognize that he is over and done with, used up, tired out, wiped out and falls for every two bit shill or scam on the market. Not at our cost. Not any more!!!

Yowzah, yowzah!! Send the guy packing and the proposed deal away and let them take CSI along with them. Whatcha' got to say, David dear? What brilliant excuse can you make up now. Your beloved world wide web has provided all this. Wow, how many people are reading this/ I wonder....

FYI - Comcast users with the X1 box, as I have, by late this year or sometime next year, will be able to stream Netflix without need for a smart TV or Roku device. Comcast has moved forward - and we need to give them a serious look for another contract. Tried and true, and showing much improvement. Way to go???
