WHAT THE HELL?!?!?!?!

     Hello? Anybody out there? Anyone have a clue as to what is going on around here? Anyone? Hello? If you are there, please respond, phone home, use smoke signals but for sure, we need answers, real good solid answers.
      Trust has become part of a  lexicon of words that no longer have any meaning in the modern world. Justice, humanity, honor - all fall into the same category. The most egregious actions and statements take place and there is as much reaction as that of a wet tissue falling to the ground. We have lost our bearings, so wrapped up or deadened to it all, that reactions or lack of them are ridiculously over the top.
   I cannot get over the  act that Trump went on the most vicious anti Semitic rant ever from a leader, climbing up there in fervor and venom, getting closer to the rants of Hitler. The reaction from anyone? Shhhhhhhhhh. NO Jewish organization spoke up in outrage. No one in the  audience stood up, protested, shouted, walked out! No group that had alwaymaintained how he is so good for Israel spoke up - dead silence. Here and there a  magazine mentioned it in passing, but the outrage, the sense of danger that should be there - noticeable only in its absence. So what the hell is going on?
     Trump rants and raves how there was  an attempt to overthrow the government. Overthrow? Next comes the roundups of his political enemies? Black bags over heads on regular citizens? Separation of families in the general population? Our own system of gulags, all the better to punish you, my dears?! 
     The reactions of two people to the disclosure of the lies of the government re the war in Afghanistan tell the whole story- about everything, about the disgust, the despair that is drowning the country. "They lied. And lied. And lied."  And still, we continue to lie and the leader of the country is the biggest liar of all, telling a lie much easier for him than to even try to approach the truth. Facts in black and white are right there and ignored and the disgusting honorless wimps go right along. Someone needs to take that Gaetz for a mental evaluation, so over the top was he.
    Trump et al call out "facts" that do not exist and deny reality, deny and repudiate truth and the disgusting Republican members of Congress go along, cheering, shouting, acting worse than any middle school child. The worst Student Council does  not behave the way the Republican members on the Judiciary Council behaved yesterday. It was embarassing to hear, as an individual and as an American. What the hell?!?!?!
     Nor does this upside down world end at the entry gates to our Village. A person who should know better just proposed, posted, on a blog that no one much reads anymore nor responds to, as most people are persona non grata on it, how we are to turn this CV into an American Gulag. There should be a system of "shots", like in prisons. Misbehave? Annoy a security guard so impressed with the uniform worn or his ability to dispense punishments? Well, there go your "shots". There goes your ability to function freely in your own home, aVillage that our fees pay for, even as they increase every year, in direct proportion to the threat of punishment! Hello, we are supposed to be adults here, free adults, not having to worry re behavior charts or offense records. The few who do violate sensible rules, who disagree with some rules that are debatable, well, this is still America and protest, civil disobedience, is still allowed. Hell, the marchers are still going strong in Hong Kong, so why can we not protest a rule or two, particularly one that demands that I carry ID, two forms of it yet, wherever and whenever I walk in the Village. If not - dum, de dum dum DUM! The Village Gulag system will be set into action and the poor victim/offender will be forced to sit outside the gates of the pool, on the outside looking in, all for not having a card or saying it is on the table, or please look me up in that computer that you are carrying, you know the one WE paid for!!
     What the hell!!!!! And best of all, if someone is oh so bad so as to receive four 'shots', the punishment is to be carried over into the next season. Interesting thought that. In the world we are living in here in the Village, the terrible "offender" might be dead by then! So what then? Dig 'em up, sit him on a stool in the corner of the guardhouse until the day count is completed and then reinter? C'mon, already. There has to be a better way and for the most part there is not such a rampant violation going on here. Sure, people who should not be driving are still driving, claiming the right of way. They are grouchier perhaps, due to aches and pains and simple aging. There might be less patience. But as of yet, we are not rolling in unbridled violence and violations of life and security here. Let us be sensible asnd leave the punishments behind. Treat me as a child and I will act as a child- a simple statement that every parent and teacher knows. No difference here. I understand the need for security, but that must be addressed first at the gates, around the perimiters and the fences, and in the board meetings of the associations, not via a card check at a pool where the person rightfully does not want to get out, dripping wet, walk slowly and painfully barefoot to the chair where his belongings are, and dig out a card, all the while knowing this security check could have been much simpler.
     Century Village Gulag. A leader who lies through his teeth and who, if he and his fellow Republican human trash had pictures in their attics in the same category as that of Dorian Gray, the pictures would show the worms and weevils, the little devilish imps in  the brains and the nasty smiles as they put yet another one over on the American people.
    The reaction of the second person to the lies re Afghanistan?  "...I know and understand genuine character. I know what it means to carry oneself with honor and have morals.....these government officials that did not stand up for what was morally right, well, they live with that."
      The only thing left out here is that unfortunately we, too, must live with the consequences of their amoral and immoral behavior. What the hell!!!!!
     Experts and investors are shrieking about some violent torsion in the market come Election Day 2020, having to do with downside puts and upside calls. There is uncertainty re the electoral process and great fear re huge civilizational crises wth the USA and China. What the hell!!!! I do not know inside and outside points here, but I do know a problem when I see one. So what the hell are we waiting for? Time to fully and finally address these major contortions in our body politic. Time to right the ship of state and the first thing to do is remove the supposed Captain from his position and replace the crew with honorable and professional seamen. Otherwise.... oh, what the hell? It is time we all knew this and acted upon it,  stopped hiding our heads in an evergrowing sand dune of ignorance, fear, indecision and apathy. If we, the sensible people do not do our part, then hell will truly be here under the reign of those who should not be anywhere near any level of our government.
