NEXT DELEGATE ASSEMBLY - DAVID'S CHOICES

     This coming Friday, July 11, is the next Delegate Assembly. It can go one of several ways. David Israel can take the high road, man up, fess up and ask for help, ask for suggestions, plans, ideas that will get us out of the hole he has put us in.
    Or David Israel can take the low road, slam that damned gavel of his and "out of order and sit down" everyone who stands up at the mike. Like so many who have crashed into the end of their skill set, David Israel will most probably try to bluster and shout and gavel and threaten his way out of this, but the numbers speak for themselves. He will "well, alrighty then" all he wants about his Wi Fi, for which we have zilch money to spend now as all excess and unnecessary spending lines must be cut to the bone, I and so many others would be shocked but very pleasantly surprised should he not take this path, but our expectations are low.
     Or he can set up a plan beforehand to signal others of his coterie when to shout, boo, moan and groan and motion for adjournments when the going gets tough and the truth starts to come out of the cellar in which he has tried to hide it. But that is only a temporary stall as the need and desire for his recall continues to mount.
     David Israel, your choice is there. Be a man, face the music and ask for help, admit you need help, get rid of the people who have been advising you so incorrectly for so many years, indulging your Caesar complex, and put your money where your mouth is. Are you truly caring for this Village of ours or are you simply enjoying your limited time in the spotlight? If the latter is what you feel, the end will not be good. There is only so much time you can spend holed up in that office of yours in UCO, all day, hiding from the world. The walls are not invincible and sooner rather than later you will have to face the music. The song you will choose to sing is the one that will determine that legacy you  continually obsess and focus on.
     This is yet another time I have extended a peace branch, a compromise branch and it is getting harder and harder to do so. Why? Just look in the mirror. Take an accounting of your deeds and your soul. Do not think the opposition is going away anytime soon no matter how many nasty email comments you and Ed and your other cronies send. Yes, we know it is your crowd doing it, and it is getting old real fast. (And by the way, I still have the offer of free tutorials in writing skills as reading those misspelled and almost incoherent messages really are like blackboard screeches to my teacher's heart.)
      THINK, DAVID ISRAEL, THINK REAL QUICKLY. THINK REAL HARD.
