Fact #1. David Israel is a coward and used the name of Peyton Israel and then denied the black and white fact AS HE SICCED A GOVERNMENTAL OFFICE ON A SYNAGOGUE outside the Village.
Fact #2. Phyllis Richland did not pay for the luncheon after the People's Forum. It was sponsored by the CV Messenger for the residents.
And do not forget the meal that David served in his other elections. But this time he did not so suddenly this is a bad idea. Jealousy is nasty.
Fact #3. The very reason that is stated that Ed Black served without benefit of office is exactly why he needs to go. Who gave him this power - David Israel and who totally messed up the security contracts - Ed Black and who got yelled at by PBSO for getting in the way with the cars at the entry gates - Ed Black.
Fact #4. The fact is that David Israel lies and lies and lies yet again. He lies about Phyllis. He lies about the roads. He lies about any and all facts and the suit is against him personally as well so that is why he is scared. And the money will go to the Village and be used for the roads and will not cost the CV a penny. FACT!
Fact #5. David Israel was SUCCESSFULLY sued by his neighbor for his behavior and illegal actions towards them and his Peeping Tom behavior as he constantly looked into the apartment. Think he thought there were clothes there for him? He had to pay all the costs, exactly what they asked for - $7,000. FACT!!
Fact #6. Nobody elected or wants Ed Black as the "go to guy" for he is not the proper one nor should he be in that situation or position. Fact is, he is one of the most detested and untrusted individuals in the Village.
Fact #7. David Israel refuses to listen to the wishes of the Villagers and keeps trying to put in the needless and useless and expensive and probably out dated Wi Fi and Broadband system before it is even complete. He once was ready to sign the multi million dollar contract WITHOUT informing or asking the residents and with a company that FAILED in Boca CV. He was stopped by "the malcontents" - those new patriots of modern times that follow in the long and proud history of American tradition.
Fact #8. He maligns all who do not bow to him and if a person follows fascistic principles - then he is a fascist. What else to call one who cancels free speech, who cancels freedom of assembly, who censors the media, who demands complete and total obedience. He and Trump would get along fine.
Fact #9. Who is the one who brought armed guards down upon the Villagers and who threatened them with a lie about 911 and the PBSO - a fact which they DISAVOWED.
Fact #10 Who throws tantrums in assemblies and meetings and who screams at chairs who refuse to obey his every whim.
Fact #11. Who is awful for the Village?
Fact #12. Who signed a one page contract for the roads without performance bond or project manager and who stole our money to do so as he emptied ALL our accounts and left us for all intents and purposes bankrupt and penniless.
Fact #13. It was only via the hard work of Dorothy Tetro that we were pulled out of this situation as she watched over our money and insisted on proper procedures.
Fact #14. Who has no process or procedure and thus has ruined our future here?
Fact #15 Who has allowed the waterways of the Village to turn diseased and putrid, ugly greenish brown and quite smelly in certain canal areas and who has let the tennis courts go to hell for SIX years despite all that the tennis club has told him and WPRF.
Fact #16. Who even lies about his past or previous life before he came here. Walter Mitty? Forrest Gump? Our own liar who saved us all after 9/11, who was in intelligence and paratroopers, who watched the Soviets and of course messed up there, by the way, and did what all. When one lies too much one cannot keep track of them.
Fact #17. There is so much more, but I have said it all before, so......MAJOR FACT:

TAKE BACK THE VILLAGE FOR THE RESIDENTS AND STAND UP FOR HONESTY, FOR A FUTURE, FOR ASSOCIATION HELP, FOR RIDDING THE VILLAGE OF MOTELS AND TRANSIENTS, FOR BLUE WATERS AND EVERYTHING ELSE THAT WE USED TO HAVE.
