Many human beings make plans for the day or week ahead, a year ahead, sometimes for years ahead, but no matter how carefully and how minutely we plan down to the time, we will leave a place and get to another, G-d is sitting up there and laughing, looking for His amusement every day. Who is let through smoothly and who, from minor to major setbacks are the victims of the day? And whom will be allowed to go through and have another smooth day ahead?
Is this the only source of amusement He has? Is it that G-d is so petty as to pick on the little guy and mess him up? No, the answer is most definitely no, for we do not understand the mammoth unplumbed depths of the Lord Above and cannot and will not be able to make connections between minor and even major upsets to even more critical events, the outcomes of which will be critical to the fate and life of that person, of many people.
So, as we muddle along on our rather seemingly unimportant pathways of life, we must always remember that we are not alone. Hence, we had better keep that in mind in our actions and even thoughts, lest evil comes to fruition either on purpose or via lack of forward thinking and understanding of the complicated web of humanity round the world.
So, using this thought as a guide to one's own thoughts, what lessons and principles should we take from it and make an innate part of our lives and the deeds within? This is most probably different for most people, but certainly there must be major and impregnable themes or memes of proper thinking and action.
Most probably when we lose sight of that idea is when we humans go quite swiftly onto the wrong roads, slide quickly down those rather dangerous steep slopes and end up with exactly what they had wanted, in positive planning and hopes, or conversely, what they had wished to occur, with grossly evil intent. At times it seems to be a flip of the coin, the kind which is 'heads I win, tails you lose'. Where there is no break given, merely only odds not in our favor.
So, how does one comport oneself in such rampantly uncertain times and conditions? From moi, not a clue in my head other than to try to live a life where I strive to be better, to always improve, and to give way to the kinder emotions and thinking, rather than sinking into a morass where exit is most difficult. Perhaps I am a silly fool when I give some dollars or food or cold water to those begging along the highways.
Perhaps I am being a sucker, but who knows, and I would rather err on the better side, the more compassionate side than the other. One never knows how quickly circumstances can change, so why the hell not lend a hand, even if in error, but coming out of kind thoughts and an understanding of there perhaps I go, were circumstances different along my lifetime.
Along these lines of thought, it makes me even more disappointed with our false leaders, who claim to be golden, but are really merely dross touched up with thin layers of gold covered filth. Where have their ethics gone? Sinc when did the ulterior motives of life of political career morph into selfish deeds only, leaving behind their constituents so dependent upon their character. And cruelly double-crossed by those who have chosen their memes of life to be selfishness, greed, power seeking goals and motivations, rather than compassion and remembering that we are all humans together in this perhaps last chance to do better, to be better, to shake ourselves up and move into higher planes of life, of humanity, of justice and equity. and be able to see through obfuscating factors to the truth of some who simply are evil. Jst evil.
And despite the fact that so many are fooled by them, pulled into their eddy of wickedness, these people generally get what they deserve, even though during their duration of powers many are harmed. Why? Make a what's app to Upstairs, for the only way I can even begin to understand and accept is that somewhere along the line, this makes sense, somehow, somewhere, though not yet within my own self. Not yet.
What I do think is that we, all of humanity, must understand, finally get with the program, that these awful events within Nature, and the awful narrative of humanity today, with its inherent evil, its support of terrorism over innocence, its refusal to accept that their deeds have consequences far above their ability to address and rehabilitate - not unless we reform ourselves from within
Lose the fake and dangerous leaders such as those in the same class as Mamdani, or Ruffalo, or UN officials who see nothing other than JewHatred in their mirrors, looking ahead and behind, those who indulge their warped evilness upon the backs of others. Those who refuse to accept that there are limitations over the powers of mankind and when we abuse those limits, we will have to pay the bills somewhere along the lines - and apparently that due bill is right upon us, right now.
Can we pull ourselves, all of humanity out of this crapshoot of life we have engendered ourselves, inflicted upon ourselves? Not a clue but still, some hopes.
Yesterday. Today. Tomorrow.
At some point we must shake ourselves up, leave behind the weaknesses of hate and develop new strengths, righteous strengths, and above all, compassion for all of humanity.
Th Lord G-d created us all. Might it not be a good idea to acknowledge that and behave accordingly?
