GOOD MORNING

Walking along the perimeter walkway on a beautiful day.
Sitting with friends poolside and just chatting and laughing.
Attending shows at the Clubhouse.
Attending plays, shows, lectures at venues all around Palm Beach and Broward counties.
Living in an affordable and life friendly development.
Good friends, old and new.

These are the good things in south Florida, in living here in CV. But what are the pitfalls awaiting us if we do not keep a watch, a sharp eye on our surroundings?

A CV which cannot pay its bills due to wasted funds.
A CV fallen into disrepair as those in charge are totally incompetent and worse.
A CV where there is only Big Brother, watching cameras and yet a security system that does not work.
A CV where the head of the administration suffers from paranoid delusions.
A CV wherein selfish and arrogant non elected people have attained control of the financial reins.
A CV wherein there is no process, no procedure, no use of the principles of sound management, fiscal and otherwise.

And the list can go on and on. How do we stop it and make sure that only the top list and situations remain? Simple.
By voting against the budget and any budget which does not make sense, which is not drawn in partnership with people of knowledge of the principles of sound fiscal policy.
It is by opposing any more lunatic spendthrift projects put forth by Ed Black and the Grand Poohbah.
It is by voting in the elections and voting out the bad and voting in the good.
It is by showing Gorodetzer et al that they cannot ram through a fascist government.
It is by standing up to dictatorship, demanding our rights.
It is by demanding that Mark Levy rein in Eva and her grand plans to spend our money recklessly. $160,000 to redo the resident pool!!!!!

Come to the delegate assembly.
Vote today and then come early, register before your alternate  shills and vote positively, with forward thinking.
 Make sure your vote will not be wasted if you do not make the proper arrangements.
Bullet vote your top choices.
 The future is in our hands, yours and mine. Let us bring it to us with confidence, with positive thinking, and with strong determination to never ever have this type of incompetent and worse administration EVER be returned to office.
