An autopsy report of the Dave Israel Administration.
First incision. The Conventional “Y” cut:
Having his groupies bloviate about his great accomplishments. Sadly none of his groupies have made any serious contributions to Village life.
Next cut: Peering In:
Rejecting any person who criticizes his administration to log in and comment on his blog.
Spreading the “Y” cut:
Calling County Enforcement to remove the elect Phyllis Richland banner on the fence outside the Village and used as an excuse that it was an eyesore. Who believes this crap. Then he again called Enforcement to have the banner removed from Olga’s building. Fascism raising its head here in Century Village.
Stretching the Opening:
Providing us with important information that over 500 snipe signs have been picked up by Code Enforcement. Thanks Dave for this vital statistic.
Widen the CHEST :
Dave’s pathetic reference to what he terms “the Soup Kitchen” concept he refers to it as a “free lunch” initiative. He denigrates a very simple plan that was designed to provide food and entertainment for many of our residents who have limited financial means and just a measure of human contact to make their day. The Village supports a Thanksgiving party every year. How many free tickets did you provide for our Village residents that are financially disadvantaged?
Spreading the Chest Cavity: by the way when we peered it was a little difficult to find a heart!
Peering in to the chest we wonder why he would be so upset about having another layer of Village wide security, especially when guns and their regulation have been discussed at many of the Executive Board meetings.
Breaking the Ribs:
Mark Twain once remarked “Get your facts straight, then you can distort them as you please.” You call the Candidates Forum a “FAKE well why the hell are they holding this forum anyway. It is an open forum for all candidates running for office. You and your buddy in WPRF have connived to deny our Constitutional rights of assembly to use our club house and pool areas for meet and greet the candidates. Rather than support this democratic process, you resort to an Un-American tactic of trivializing the event and call it a “fake forum,” and people will come because of free food. Get out of the closet you hang out in and smell the roses. Go around the Village and you will find, as I have, that there are many, many people who want to know about who is running for office. Based on the suggested format of the Nominating Committee, no more than 15-20 MINUTES will be given to Presidential candidates to speak and two minutes for the Executive Board. I ask you, Democracy or dictatorship in play here. Shades of Orwell’s 1984.
