FATAL ENQUIRY BY WILL THOMAS

If you like the Victorian Era; if you like historical fiction mixed with a good mystery; if you like laconic wit and a kind of Sherlock Holmes detective and his apprentice - then this is the book for you.
This book is the most recent in a series about Clive Barker and Thomas LLewelyn and their exploits in Victorian England, mainly London. The stories are quite interesting and hold the reader's interests. These can be read as stand alone books but I suggest that you go and start at the beginning so any hints of a past event will be familiar to you.
The characters are certainly individuals, each with his own quirks and the reader grows fond of them as the books are read. they are enjoyable and suspenseful and well worth reading.
If you are interested in slightly off beat books and series such as these, then come to the Read It, Chat About It book club starting in October, first Thursday of the month, Clubhouse, Classroom B. All are welcome, no fees charged. The club welcomes suggestions for books to read, fiction and non.
