QUICK! CALL THE ASPCA! PETEY'S BEATING A DEAD HORSE AGAIN!

     Just a quick response to our boy Petey beating a dead horse on David Israel's blog about the UCO building.
Why was the building built? Because the hurricane destroyed the first one inside the Village. Using the building at Camden was not sufficient, not by far.
     Why did we build it and not Mark Levy? Very simple. The building was built that exact size because that is all we were allowed to do by the County and why did WE build. Because it would then be our building, not Mark Levy's. His plan was to build a two story building and we would have one floor and PAY RENT to him for it. Yet another place where we were paying money to Mark Levy. And how is that working out for us - not very well, Petey boy.
    So enough with the dead horse. Climb on a live one. You are 0 for 2 today. The UCO building is a no  go and wow, there is a shortfall for which we will be dunned moneywise.
Try some other area.
