RADICAL REORDERING

 

The title is part of a decision released by three judges re the Cannon interference into the investigation of Trump's illegal taking of national papers, secret information and analyses. She never had any right to interfere, having no jurisdiction, but ahead she and Trump and lawyers went. The judge stated that to have allowed this interference to remain in place, would have been a "radical reordering of caselaw". 

In the meanwhile, this judge, in glaring worthy of 'debenching', managed in collusion with Trump et al, managed to continue to aid Trump's running out the clock, as usual, to evade all legal consequences of his disgusting treasonous behavior and actions.  And this was the President of this country -and trying again. Lordy, Lordy!

Plainly, this incompetent, legal know-nothing nincompoop should never have been appointed to the bench. But she was, and in her attempt to continue the "radical reordering" of the judiciary arm of government, she is deserving of receiving her due justice as well and thrown off the bench. The Trump lawyers also should be disbarred for doing what they knew was wrong. Plain and simple; however, in the radical reordering of the American judiciary and system of justice this past decade, they will escape free other than a tongue lashing which they will simply shrug off and continue on their merry destructive path.

More radical reordering has taken place this most recent decade and is continuing apace. Otherwise, how to explain the presence of an open bigot, a Black man, one of the very same race as Jesse Owens, despised by Hitler, praising the very same Hitler, openly agreeing with his genocidal mammoth plan to eliminate the Jewish race, and who do you think would have been next, Kanye? To help you, here is a hint - YOU!!!?  Got it?

Why are we giving this man the time of day. We should be shutting off his access to the public and he will quiet down, his purpose having been thwarted. But we do not and so on he goes. With filth. Which Iwill not validate by printing but know that he praised Hitler and the 'good' he did.

We need to radically reorder this man's world, surround him with silence, making him and his hate irrelevant.

In the meanwhile, there are other signs of a radical reordering of our world and not for the better. We continue to make promises of restructuring society, to combat climate change and consequences, yet we do nothing that makes a difference, and it is clearly too little, too late. We allow manifest unfair practices to go on, allow for bribery - for that is what it is - call it bargaining, if you will - to get laws passed. We allow billions of people to die of starvation, to die shrunken, hollow, from dehydration. Billions wandering their changed world, suffering from rapid intense climate change, and under constant wartime conditions. Holding their dead children - and how can we not see ourselves in the same way. It can happen, for look at what happened to Ukraine in a matter of days, weeks and months. We allow horrid openly criminal activity of Russia, by Putin, and though he is not 'winning' this 'war', he certainly is, as Ukraine is being destroyed, down to its last standing wall and a vastly depleted population, particularly men, though non-combat women and children are also seen as targets and have suffered greatly as well. Victory here is Pyrrhic. 

Why do the nations of the world allow this to continue? For that matter, why does the world allow Haiti to be in such awful unlivable conditions, so bad, that the country is emptying out, people in desperate search for anywhere else to go to, a rubber raft being safer than their home country. Haiti, the first island to become democratic and downhill ever after.

We indeed, need a radical reordering of the justice system, of priorities, a reordering that will return us to traditional values, a more compassionate world, a fairer world, a better world. For the present and fora future that will have a chance.

If not - well, here she is, again - and she should be biting into your peace of mind knowing that there but for the grace of G-d go me and thee and all we love.
